Доказана разрешимость задачи и получены условия оптимальности, на основе которых обосновано свойство релейности оптимального управления.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The problem of optimal control for a stationary model of heat transfer is considered.
